Our History
CDCI Development was born under a need for corporate restricting.
In 1997 CDCI Developments co-founder John Beima started developing websites in early 1996. Shortly after the release of HTML V:2.0.
At that time John was working an independent contractor and quickly moved into developing

Over time these diverse services and growth have taken our team members in many directions; which over time developed into an administrative mess.
That brings us to the birth of Affordable Professional Services Inc. in February of 2012 and CDCI Development Inc. in September of 2013.
All IT and Data Center Services are now performed by Affordable Professional Services Inc. All Software and Internet development is now done by CDCI Development Inc.

John Beima
Co-Founder & Co-Owner – President
John has over 20 years of website development under his belt.
John started out in the IT Sector designing and building custom computer systems and corporate instructors for companies in the Edmonton Area. In 1996 John ventured into developing websites for his clients and various companies throughout the United States.
In 1998 John join forces with Affordable Web Pages Inc. out of Decatur Alabama to produce affordable online solutions into the insurance industry and various religious communities. These projects came with some very demanding and specialized hosting needs. Which expanded Affordable Web Pages Inc. into the website hosting sector with it’s own specially designed data center.
From there John got involved with helping small to medium sized companies implement data center automation software. John was personally involved with over 800 small to medium sized data centers.
Given John’s history and vast variety of skills and experience he is now able to provide highly personalized individual or corporate online solutions. From you simply want a website and/or blog for you and your family, to a Starter Website Package for your business, to a highly customize designed online presence John can help you with all of it.
We use many platforms to fulfill out clients needs. From WordPress, to our own custom in-house designed and maintained Content Management System, to solutions developed in PHP or even advanced projects done using Ruby On Rails John can facilitate all of your needs.
John’s expertise covers but is not limited to system and network security combines with his willingness to educate clients. His specialties include network administration for Unix, Linux, Shell Scripting, Pearl, PHP, Runy on Rails, Apache, MySQL, Sendmail, QMail, HTML, CSS, and SEO.
Stephen Samuel
Co-Founder & Co-Owner – Vice President
Stephen officially joins the CDCI Development Inc. family as a co-founder, co-owner, and our vice president.
Stephen has been a Unix Systems Administrator since the early 1980s and is highly skilled in all aspects of Unix system designs, implementations, and security.
